A Dry Hire is an order of products which can be collected by the client directly from our warehouse. Many items are fragile so they will need to be delivered and set up by our team, however please check with our team if you can Dry Hire your selected products. All items must be returned by the client in the same condition and packaging as they left from Outdoor Wedding Aisles.
We endeavour to have your setup complete 30 minutes prior to your wedding commencement time. We ask that couples book their areas 1.5 hours before their scheduled ceremony time to allow for our setup time. Hire time usually finishes 1.5 hours after your start time, and we will begin pack up at this time. Should you expect a later finish or prefer an earlier setup, just talk to us about extending your hire time.
You will be required to supply a floorplan with the placement of each item, and our experienced team will setup on the day. After your ceremony concludes, our team will pack up and collect the items.
If you do have an outdoor ceremony booked, it is always a good idea to have a wet weather back up plan in place.
Should it then rain on your day, we will move the items Free of charge to your alternative location (within a 10km radius), provided we are notified 3 hours before your wedding ceremony and the location has easy access. Alternatively, contact us to book white golf umbrellas for your guests!
We also do provide a Wet Weather Insurance. If this is purchased, you are entitled to cancel by 6pm the day prior and you will be refunded 80% of the total product spend.

Our team will send you a Client Contact Form to complete. Once we receive this, we will send you a formal quote with all deposit information, as well as our Terms and Conditions of hire. You must return a signed quote with credit card details and pay a deposit to secure all items for your wedding date with us.
As you will become aware, good wedding suppliers will fill up fast- so it’s vital to reserve your date and key products with us as soon as you can. Of course we understand that many things can change between the time of booking, and in the final lead up to your Big Day- so all packages remain flexible up until 21 days before your date.
All payments are non-refundable within the 21 day period, unless you have purchased a Wet Weather Insurance. However, due to staffing costs and reserving products specifically for your wedding, we do not offer any refunds for cancellations or unused products on the day.
